Mark Grieco – President
Mark co-founded Macri in 1981 and carefully watches over the health of the company so Macri can provide for every member of the team. Mark takes personal responsibility for managing the business’ risks and ensuring the company’s reputation is upheld.
Ed Rousseau – Executive Vice President (Partner)
Ed oversees all company operations and drives Macri’s success through strategic goals and mentoring. Prior to joining Macri in 2003, Ed was involved in nearly every aspect of the commercial mechanical industry and brings invaluable field and engineering expertise to both the construction and service divisions.
Mike Egan – Director of Estimating and Construction (Partner)
Mike joined Macri in 2013 and ensures relationships and values remain a driving factor in daily operations. Mike is involved in all aspects of Macri’s construction services from project inception through completion.
Julie Baek – Director of Administration (Partner)
Julie joined Macri in 2013 and is a vital part of the leadership team. Julie oversees all internal processes so our employees have the support to do their jobs as a valued part of the Macri team.
Scott Herold – Senior Estimator
Scott joined Macri in 1992 and brings diverse technical experience to the construction team. Scott makes it possible to meet client timelines without sacrificing accuracy and is an invaluable resource for preconstruction and special projects.
Dan Smith – Director of Field Operations/Safety Supervisor
Dan joined Macri as an apprentice in 1985 and is the longest tenured employee. Dan brings critical field experience to the construction team and is trusted to make sure all work performed on site goes smoothly and safely.
Denise Putnam – Accounting Manager
Denise joined Macri in 2008 and works continuously to help the construction and service divisions utilize financial information to drive decisions. Denise’s accurate reporting and focus on prompt payments are the backbone of Macri’s financial strength and industry standing.
Tyler McIntyre – Project Manager
Tyler joined Macri in 2023 and has over a decade of commercial project management experience. Tyler enjoys complex projects that showcase the capabilities of the entire Macri team and takes great pride in customer satisfaction.
Mike Douville – Director of Service
Mike joined Macri in 2024 and brings over a decade of prior service leadership insight to help shape the service team. Mike enjoys being a hands on leader and does whatever it takes so the service department can continue to meet clients’ needs and deliver on Macri’s values.
Catherine Joseph – Service Administrator
Cat joined Macri in 2025 and brings over a decade of critical customer and administrative support experience to the service team. Cat acts as the heart of the department and provides the backup and stability required for continued success.
Denise Arsenault – Administrative Assistant
Denise joined Macri in 2022 and brings an uplifting personal touch to the front office. Denise provides the administrative support required to keep Macri running smoothly.
